Mounting
There are two common ways to mount this jack stand to your camper to truck body.
- Use Swivel mounts such as the AS-MT
- Use two pieces of box section one inside the other. Weld one piece of box section on top of this Jack Stand and the large piece on your camper or you may already have a tube on your camper if not then you will need to weld a tube low on your camper body.
Once all fixing points are welded up, it is a simple matter of gradually lifting each jack in turn or if you have many arms, the camper will lift in seconds with four people grinding on these jacks.
Warning: Ensure you have stable ground before using jacks. Where ground has been assessed to be stable still use some common sense as low ground can be deceiving and easily give way. Please ensure you use caution.
These jacks have a total static lift capacity of 6 tonne.
